SHEFFIELD.', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 1/2 choke, fences carved with grape and vine motifs, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, acanthus scroll engraving surrounding hound on point, the underside with a posse of partridge, the triggerguard with a solitary pheasant perched on a branch, brushed and blued finish, 14 3/4in. figured stock with chequered recessed side panels, weight 6lb. 2oz.
